It only goes to say that we’re working hard on redesigning main pages, and now we are proud to give you our new start page. This one is not only cool, but also useful. It has been redesigned based on user comments on what they would like to see on the first page.

We saw the need to emphasize some places, so we came up with the place of the day, where the most interesting places will get their day of fame.

The same applies for most active users, we wanted everyone to know who they are, because they are people who fill Bonvoyagee with the interesting stuff you see and we’re lucky to have them. Activity is based on actions in the last 7 days, so the top is ever-changing, you too can be on the first page, by contributing to the community.
Popular places
Once we get to know you, we can offer personalized recommendation, until then popular places is the way to go, so similar to popular users we are showing popular places.
Future plans
Rebirth of the first page is just one step in Bonvoyagee redesign. Right know we are working on Opened place view, where emphasis will also be on activities and similar places. Also opened user and your profile are being redesigned.
